Fee Schedule and Refund Policy
Care Connections' fee for a Permanent Position : which continues for an indefinite time; without an end date (full or part time) is equal to 2(two) weeks salary.
The EMPLOYER/CLIENT pays the fee on 1(one) week's salary.
The APPLICANT/WORKER pays the fee on 1(one) week's salary.
The fee is due on the first day of employment.
If the EMPLOYER pays the fee, and the employee fails to remain in the position for a period of 30(thirty days),CARE CONNECTIONS INC. shall refund to the employer all fees, less the amount equal to 25% of the total salary or wages paid such employee during the period of such employment, within 3(three) days after CARE CONNECTIONS INC. has been notified of the employee's failure to remain in the employment, provided such 25% does not exceed the amount charged for a permanent position of like nature.
If the EMPLOYEE pays the fee and is discharged at any time within 30(thirty) days for any reason other than intoxication, dishonesty, unexcused tardiness, unexcused absenteeism or insubordination, or otherwise fails to remain in the position for a period of 30(thirty) days, thru no fault of his/her own, CARE CONNECTIONS INC. shall refund to the employee all fees less an amount equal to 25% of the total salary or wages paid such employee during the period of such employment within 3(three) days of the time CARE CONNECTIONS INC. has been notified of the employee's failure to remain in the employment, provided the 25% does not exceed the charge for a permanent position of like nature.
All refunds shall be in cash or negatiable check.
Charges for a short term TEMPORARY POSITION, where the beginning and ending date of employment is known and is under 30(thirty) days, is a total of $500.00(US). 50% ($250.00) of the total fee is paid by the employer and the remaining 50% ($250.00) is paid by the employee. There will be NO refunds of either fee.
